This is one bike that I sold and really miss. Farkled it all out then sold it locally to a teacher for commuting.

no pictures 1st suzuki was a katana 600 lved it . rode with some really good riders and was glad i could keep up.
well kinda. my 2nd was a viataranot a bike ,but a great little 4x4 4cyl. loved it . My 3rd suzuki eas a 07 dr650.
I love this bike and doing research was How I stumbled onto this great site.

When 200 MPH just isn't enough. 40,000 miles, still like new. May have to sell her one of these days--I'm getting too old.

Not in the woods. Every bike has its place. I had this, but it just didn't fit me, so I sold it.

You are right. The DR200 is my woods bike, but I would like to do a small tour on it just to see if it can be done. What model is the yellow bike? Like it.

SV650. Great bike, but it was just too small for me.

Tour on a small wood bike? Try some short rides on pavement first.

I have done many pavement rides on it too. There is a minimalist touring thread for inspiration. I had the Wee Strom, which is probably a heavy version of the SV650. 1500 miles later I sold it.
