Great! Wiped out my DRZ on an icy hill Sunday, slid for quite a way before coming to a stop. Also dropped it six times in the woods that day. Not a scratch on the bike, sore shoulder for me.

I am always up for a spin, will be avoiding the ice from now on.

Out of 6 bikes in the garage, 3 of them are 'Zuks.

Long distance rig is the bulletproof wee

Light weight touring rig is the bombproof DRZ

The wife's flip proof (proven ) DR200

Never a single problem with any of them. They definitely give my Hondas a run for their money in the dependability department.

Happy New Year! Thanks for all the great postings to this thread.
I have about 50 caps, overkill. Like this one the most , but it has been worn and washed to death. Haven't been able to find another like it.

I believe a steeper hill climb will prove you wrong.

Although I ride as much as possible in the winter, it definitely sucks. Spring is just around the corner.

Because they just won't quit. My 600 Bandit just stopped working, and it's at 59,xxx miles. One of my more mechanically inclined friends said it just needs new spark plugs.

And my DR200 keeps on ticking too. I have beat the snot out of this poor bike, and it has never failed me (except for the one time some scumbag drained the oil out one night. Still ran for at least 2 days with almost no oil, and has continued running since.)

My first bike . . .

I wish I would have kept it.

entry level but fun

This was the basic weekender-commuter, but always fun on local rides.

This was my second Suzuki, the first being a 250GT. I
found riding traillies more comfortable so got the DR400s
in 1981. Loved it.

After a break of nearly 30 odd years I got this DR400 s, 1981 model. It's great
for messing around on.
