The fender farkle should be mounted to the triple tree first then push down on the tip until it touches the fender then mark the hole , how did you doit

Before I even put it on , I shaped a big radius to give it a nice curve , then I cut out for the harrness , then bolted it on , then I pushed the fender down by hand and punched a hole with an awl , then drilled and bolted it , stainless allen head , I know you noticed that,

bout a 1/2 day job,

its a 10 min. job biggie , we like the extra uplifting spring effect if you just push it down then bolt , it makes the same sweeping bend , after all biggie it was you that talked me into making these so you should start receiving your royalty checks in about 60 years it came out to be $ .00000000000000000000001 per unit
wont your harness push back as to fit in the slot, that's terrible biggie you didn't have to do that

Well I had my 7 yr old daughter and 4 yr old son helping me out , so realistically , bout 45 miniutes , including finding 2 bolts he lost 3 times and a misplaced ratchet by my daughter ,

we had fun doing this together , my boy wants 1 for his crf50 ,

he said , " what about 1 for me daddy , what about mine, "

I might coulda pushed it back and then pinched it between the trip and brace , just as easy and faster to cut it out, ,

You do know when the Stainless Model comes out , I'm 1st on the list.

it will fit or it wont , lets be clear, i cant have everybody doing that, that's not a acceptable install, i need to know will your harness reroute or should it go behind something, how much farther should the slot come out as to not smash the harness

Ok , I will check it out 2morrow ,

on them aluminum ones , I wanna say the ones I saw on the L them guys had put some spacers underneath to give clearence , IIRC ,

Will let you know for sho tho.
