Well, that's it from this ride. Happy trails.

I absolutely love your bike, and your photography. I'm living life vicariously through your ride report!

I was in a near fatal crash on Father's Day while heading to Peaks of Otter on the BRP, and will not ride again. I was saving for a new Road King and my only real decision was white, or black.

Please keep the photo's coming.

Wow, I wish you all the best in continued recovery and I'm glad you made it, but on no more riding.

Keep the Faith, Bob

SRMN8R,

I concur with bobw. Sorry to hear about your mishap and glad you're still with us. I would say if you could live vicariously on Ferris's RK that would be one helluva ride. The man can get around the mountains quicker than a guy half his age on a sport bike. He's already replaced one set of floor boards that were ground down to razor blades.

Wishing you the best and fingers crossed that someday, someway a ride is in your future again.

Jimmy, I'm pretty much at a loss here. I've been trying all afternoon to come up with the "right" thing to say, to no avail. I concur with the fellas above: very glad you're still with us, yet heartbroken that you can no longer ride. Fingers crossed that somehow there's a way, someday, that you might get back in the wind.

Thanks for the encouragement, it's very much appreciated.

Best regards,
Ferris and Denise

From someone recovering from a near fatal crash this is refreshing to read.

papadew, I hope you're still following this thread.

Yesterday afternoon Denise and I took you up on your most excellent advice and visited the Spencer Shops. Concur 100%: What a great place for train lovers. I wanted to thank you, again, for pointing us that direction, and post-up a couple of pix; we hope you enjoy.

Best regards,
FBAD
