EBW....You are a sly SOB. Your pics are great. What camera were you using and did you enhance them with software? I like the three shots of me sliding off that rock on Black Bear. It took me a minute to remember why I was so hard on the rear brake then the light bulb went off, my dead fooking battery lead to trying to bump start it in all those loose marbles. Damn that was a hoot

All my pics are always straight off the camera... I had a Nikon D40x and a D5000, I had swapped over to the old D40x for these but had a pretty good piece of glass on it. It was a fixed 35mm f/1.8 and it gives me decent results most of the time. Glad u like them, thank you. I'm not real good at it but I do love shooting pics and trying to learn something about my cameras and the hobby every time I go out. I guess it's about the same with ridin... lol

Backwoods, I agree but the problem then becomes we would have to hang out with him

That would lead to hunting for antique tractors and hot babes with tatooes. It may be worth the price.

BigDon....As an observer of EBW I pondered your question and after much analysis I was going to rant about suspension, speed, ass time in seat then today I had a revelation. After reviewing pics from our rides it occured I was thinking way too hard and long about this.

Look at EBW

Now his KLR does have feelings and after the next two mounts I think it just had to give him a good unassin because it has been treated better. What do you think?

Well I try to treat it to somethin nice every few days on the trail to make up for what I put it thru... I almost got it all fixed up and ready to roll out to Jasper Ar Satty mornin. This will mostly be a paved trip so should relatively uneventful...

I'm also really enjoying your pictures. Thanks for posting them. Some folks (you and Wolfy, for example) have a better eye for photography than others. Even with my nice camera, I just take nice snapshots. You take Photographs, with a capitol P.

Jasper is a good place to go for some great riding. I love it up there.
EBW, you do take some good photos. Mix in some of the two legged treats.

Hope you have a good trip in Ar.

You guys did a good job posting a ride report, I was a part of the Okie group riding much of same stuff at the same time. I posted a link to my photobucket with all of our pics and some of you guys along with Peaches trip to slick rock.
