These are the basic rack with additional side supports for the Pannier/Saddle bags. The supports are designed to use the Tour master saddle bags. The rack system provide dedicated tie points for the original Tour master retaining straps. Systems are designed so that the load of the side bags is supported across the rack frame preventing wear and damage to the side panels and the seat. Designed to clear any original equipment components. Most street legal dual sports will require relocation of the rear turn indicators for clearance. Saddle bags are easily removable for cleaning and storage. The frames can be removed in minutes when unneeded. Mounting hardware provided when required. Can be used without the tail bag mounted.
The Tour master saddle bags provide 20 liters of storage per side.
The rack and pannier supports are designed as one piece and can not be separated
Due to demand, please allow 2-3 weeks for this part to be shipped from the date of the placement of the order.

Could really use a good source for Radiator Guards for the KLR650
The choices out there are very limited with regard to radiator guards. Dual Star makes one of the strongest, but ordering anything from them is impossible.
Many of us do not want nerf / tank guards.
Any plans to produce a set of radiator guards for the KLR650?

Nice Looking Rack
I Was wondering if anyone has any kind of update on these racks? How are they holding up? Are the user friendly or to bulky?

For me, they suck. YMMV
Bags are poor quality that ripped out at the seems after very little use. Also, My Super Enduro Denali rack needed additional support to take the stress off of the subframe. TCI knows that but has not offered a solution. The system is sitting unused in my shop. $400 paper weight.
