No, I have not ridden the NC. I would think they are not similar, but that would be what I would want, something a bit different.

I thought about the NT700, really like that one, shaft drive, bags, etc, but the NC gets me more interested.

Haven't had a chance to ride one yet but went and checked it out at a local stealership just to see it. It looks well put together which is expected with Honda I guess. I like the positioning of the dash display, its almost like a heads up unit as high up on the bike as they placed it. Well thought out design in my opinion. I would consider one if they had ABS/manual clutch but I guess those are not in yet. Anyway interesting to see the reports here on them from regular riders. The magazines are drooling over it right now even though everyone describes it as vanilla. I predict it will get both Cycle World and Motorcyclist Magazine's MOTO of the Year since their comments form both are this thing might be changing the motorcycle industry in a new direction.....

Here's the Magura's I used with Rox risers. If you buy bars, make sure you get them with enough length in the control area. Especially if you have a DCT like mine.
