Wow, that's an unbelievable offer. The dealer takes all the risk. Never heard of such a thing. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Don't believe that until you've read it for yourself. And make sure to read the fine print

I got my VIN today, don't know how much longer until I get my bike but it seems like progress.

And for an earlier post. This is Triumphs first "single sided" shaft drive swing arm.
I see you are from Ga.... what dealer did you buy it from?

I was told by my dealer that when they get the VIN, it means the vehicle cleared the customs and on its way to distribution hub. Once there, it's just the matter of scheduled delivery trucks going on the route... Ours is about 4-5 days between the VIN and delivery...

Looks like the TTEs are sneaking in one way or another - this was posted in another thread on here because of where the copper is parked.

Great idea... only the picture was taken in the shop... no Triumph rings stocked, so I've yet to buy it .... placed the bag on the tank while there , it fits the contours pretty well and isn't over big... the only thing I'd have liked to see on it was a clear map pocket, but I understand you can buy them separately anyway

In a couple of weeks time I get my Explorer and I already have the ring to move a similar bag from my GS (with map pocket). I will try and post pics then.

That will save you a few quid

I went in to Hein Gericke with a '40 off if you spend 160' voucher, and would have bought the tank bag.. until it was pointed out the offer was for own brand stuff only ....

At least you'll be paying for good quality.

I have the same system (different bag) on my Daytona 955 and it really works well.

It does seem MUCH better than having to strap a harness to the bike

Much much.

After fiddling with a harness bag on my Tiger for a few years, i switched to a Baglux cover and bag and have never missed the harness bag.

I couldn't find a used baglux for the Daytona so i spent the money on the Bags Connection system and i really like it so far. An extra advantage is that if you so chose, you could have multiple bags depending on purpose.

Just make sure the release strap doesn't get caugh under the bag when you're "hooking" it on.
