Hey Clarke, you old picnic table dodging mo-fo!

I'm planning to be there this year, really enjoyed the weekend last year.

1 person, 1 bike, 1 tent, meat, arriving Thursday night or Friday AM. Maybe Mark (Oilhed) and I can hook up (no, not that kind) for the ride up.

Looking forward to the rally!

George

I'll be passing through your area this Friday (well, just south of you) on my way to Equinox. Is the Startton-Arlington open or did it wash out?
Stratton-Arlington Rd. is still closed. I went past 3-4 road closed signs and the road was in pretty good condition, then I stopped when they actually took the time to block the road, though it was only a pile of dirt, easily manageable on a KLR. I've heard rumors of one successful end-to-end ride, but they were on full-on dirt bikes and it supposedly took them 5 hours. I'd still like to see for myself, if I can find a willing friend to give it a go. . .

Excellent, glad you can make it. I think the dent just popped back out. I will have to check some schedules, but maybe we can get to some loud entertainment Sunday at the coolest track in NE. And hey, what you do with Oilhed is your business.

Eh, it is the following weekend....Loudon weekend.

Hi gents,

I live a mile from silver lake state park and myself and one other will attend for the festivities but wont be camping.

As you see I am a newbiie here on ADV and would be happy to offer any support seeing that I am local.

Unfortunately the Barnard General store closed recently ....after 175 years un interupted service. There is a group trying to make moves to re-open the store so maybe it will be open in time for the event. happy to keep you posted.

What does CroMag mean.............or is that someone?

Picking up a new bike friday drz400 and am psyched

please contact me for any support as I'd enjoy getting involved as a volunteer.

Yes I live a mile from the lake and store but there are efforts to re-open it. Our little town is missing it greatly. I suspect it will be open to some degree by the time the rally comes about.

I think I heard a rumor about a little bike contingent at Cromag this year. Any trooth to this? I know this is traditionally an event you ride to...Sure would like a chance at the 9 mile loop on the berg but I'd be just as happy to ride whatever

GUY

puts together on the new and improved f8.

I was thinking of riding a plated two stroke so I can continue on when I come to a 1/4 + mile long washout. Anything the

Man

throws at me is good stuff. It also gives me time to look for a more suitable two up bike for next year's RR.
