Hey Dirty Helmet, can you make 6PM tuesday night for a ride to check out the Goodridge bridge? Meet at A&W then head to La Corey to connect with CL riders.

I was thinking tuesday evening for a run out to Goodridge area. Forecast looks like possibly rain on Wednesday. Not sure about the weekend yet, depends when my kids come home from the city.

Humm, it would be a last minute thing for me if on Tuesday. My kids are away for a Summer camp, so I would really like to bring Mrs Outbacktaz along...!!

It was yet another nice ride in your company GrumpyBear!! And it was equally pleasant to meet with you, Dirty Helmet!! My Mrs really appreciated the ride!! You should have seen all the lightning bolts from that big cell way up North... Simply breath taking!!

Yes, very enjoyable ride and visiting afterwords. For any longer of a ride on gravel I really need to change my tires though. All in all a great evening, thanks.

Darn!! Just saw your post, and I was already gone at that time to do grocery shopping with the Mrs...!! I wish I could have seen it sooner...!! I'm free for the rest of the long weekend!!

I decided to go to the Wolf Lake recreational area. Down Dog had mentioned it a while ago, and since I've only been there in the winter this would be a good time to check it out. The weather got better the further I was from Bonnyville. The weather was so nice at the campground, the kids were running around in their swimming suits eating ice cream. Here's the view that greets you as you turn the last corner before heading down to the lake.

Maybe I'll go check the Winston Churchill PP around Lac La Biche on my next long ride...!!
