I have to say after emailing you and waiting for a response Saturday morning. You calling me AND emailing me to answer all my questions was great customer service. I was treated the way one should be treated! Great Business model. Thank you! And now I await the delivery...

I really like the grips too....perfect size and looks good. However, it does provide substantial insulation from the grip heater. I live in So Cal, so I rarely use the high setting, but for those in colder climates, you might miss having the full heat.

I ordered mine last week and got them today. Fast service and they look very high quality but time will tell as I use and abuse them in my riding adventures. Only question I have is where is the best place to locate the seam? I think I will put mine on without the using the glue strip as I see how they perform and figure out the best location of the seam.

KCDakar and Eddyturn-
You are most welcome. Glad they feel good to you. Actually, doing customer service is a real pleasure to me, but then I've been doing it all my life and it is really second nature. I should be the one thanking you guys for the opportunity to help make you safer and more comfortable. EJ_92606- Glad you like the look and feel of the OBB's. give my best regards to So. Cal. (so many great waves. . . . . . .so many gorgeous women. . . . . .so many memories. . . . . . . .) Red_Rider, Surtees, DCrider, and Geode- Got your payment and shipping info. Thanks! Your OBB's will ship promptly in the morning MOBiWan- Got your PM, Mike. Was in the process of initiating the tracking process when I saw that you had updated the thread to show that you had received them already. Wow, that was fast. They were actually not due to arrive at your house til tomorrow. Also, thanks for such nice comments! Square4- Be sure to keep me apprised of your progress with my OBB's. I am always glad to get news of their durability. I have a few sets that are still in service since they were made 6 years ago. Not making any promises as to how long they last, because as you know it all depends on how much abuse they receive. BTW- best spot for the seam is between your fingertips, and the heel of your palm. Thanks to all the new members of the OBB family for giving us a spin. We think you won't be disappointed, but then, we are prejudiced. Best, Dave R.

Not to be nosey or anything Bill - but if you put three sets on your bike, your bars are going to be terribly thick.
