Hmmm, looks interesting. Just about the right timing I think. There are several people that I know would love to own a bike like this, including myself. But, you probably cold just buy a trials bike, and plate it for alot less. Wish it would not have such a high price tag.

Considering that I just bought a street legal MXC 200 specifically to have a 220 pound play bike, I totally get the point of that bike.

Street legal, 24 hp and 80 pounds lighter than a WR250R? Sounds like a winner to me, they're gonna sell a bunch.

That thing must be a freight train, or 747 tugger... B/c my 250 has more horsepower than that...

If I can get one plated in California I would buy it. Geting a sub 260lb. bike with a plate and able to do single track is a problem in CA.

I think your missing the point a bit there...

But I wouldn't get to excited anyway.

Visor down have a reputation for making up stories about up coming models, and there are a few claims in the story that are a bit hard to swallow.

Edit, KTM.com has a article on it so I guess I'm wrong about it being a bit hard to swallow.

So what happened to the electric freeride? End of story? Too heavy? Too expensive? Too limited range?

Looks for real. The engine should be fairly bulletproof with that output. Street legal is nice too.

That may be the only thing that could get me to ride an orange motorcycle!

Very nice! Now if it comes with a wide ratio six speed transmission
I might be heading down to Moore and Sons with my checkbook.

5 Liter Fuel Tank?
Carbon Fiber Frame another.
Modern epoxy resins are great and strong but I'm not sure I want to really trust it for my BIKE.....

24HP doesn't a China scooter make more than that now?

its got the same power to weight as the WR250R so i doubt it will feel too sluggish, the torque will be much better.
sounds like they've tuned it for economy, 5 liters will get you far enough.
