I am currently drinking a homebrewed Stout. However, I'm not going down that road. I'll save that for New Year's Eve.

Hahaha.
Starting to realize that I need to set up my own "parts store" here for myself. Used to keep a ton of breakable/consumable stuff for the dirt bikes. Need to keep wear items here to minimize down time. I keep stuff with me that will get me home, but I'm going to have to expand the list. A week of down time for chain/sprockets is unacceptable.

My wife gets frustrated because i save everything and often buy multiples at a good price when i only need one. I'm not a patient man, and when pressed for time, i like to be able to shop at home.

A good guarantee that I'll never need a part is to keep it as a spare on the shelf. Folks that buy my used bikes typically end up with a pretty good box full of new parts to go along with it.

Cheap insurance, I guess.
