.....
You should PM pwrtrippin: the internals on his pig were worn, so mine with a ton of miles have to be totally worn out. You might want to replace some of the internals while you have it apart.

Alright....I think I have the Wolfman Bags Properly installed. Took her for a spin this afternoon and I like the way she rides.....even with 6.2 gallons of gas.

In the next two days she will get her new tires, Tubliss System and front fork seals and new oil.

How much do all your bags weigh?

Mine are at 42#.

The Rollie's are only full of air at this point, but the duffle is packed. The top duffle looks heavy, but it only has my 4lb sleep pad, 7lb tent and 2 lb bag....so I only have about 15 lbs up high.

I will easily be under 40 lbs....hopefully closer to 35 lbs.

(Correction.....my tent is 3 lbs, 11oz)....which will cut the weight of my top duffle to about 12 lbs.)

I thought everyone would be interested to learn the models of bikes that are coming to the CAM this year.....

Suzuki DR650
Husky TE610
Yamaha WR450F
Kawasaki KLR650
KTM 450/500/520/525/530 EXC
Yamaha WR250R
KTM 950 Super Enduro
Husaberg 570
Honda XR650R
Honda XR650L
KTM 690

Does anyone have a guess which Model is the greatest in number?????

It would be the Suzuki DR650. (Surprised me....as I thought KTM would take honors.)

Hey I'm settling on the B&W TV instead of taking the color one!!
I weighed it all and I'm at 42# also. I was able to squish the air out of the Wolfman duffle and the bag with my sleeping bag and it is a lot lower in the back now.
Man this has been a long week at work, my mind tends to wander.

I got it together and rode it 60 miles on Monday. I was going to ride around 150+ miles on Tuesday but the Salad bar at one of our local restaurants had plans for me to hug the toilet followed by sitting on it. I'm almost recovered still slightly dehydrated and sweating inside with A/C. I was going to leave this morning to start heading out that way so I would have time for if anything came up on the way. I'll be leaving in the morning now as I lost yesterday to finish prepping for the trip. My bags are not fully packed and may add a dry bag to it, here's my setup so far.

A lot of work challenges and a wedding and moving my boys to college have me a bit behind. The good news....I am just about finished.

Tuesday afternoon/evening I reworked my front forks. New fork seals and new fork oil.....

Wednesday afternoon/evening found Wayne D helping me with the Tubliss System and we ran into a huge challenge....we couldn't get the front tire to seat. Today I removed the whole system.....heavily applying Armor-All. Once I pumped in the pressure.....the tire popped right into seat. Awesome. The tire has been completed for 3 hours and it is completely holding air. Success!!!!!

Now to the rear tire, once I get off this business con call.......

Hi guys,

Dusty from Wolfman here. I have a customer (a few really) that is going this trip with you guys and his shipment of some last minute product did not make it to him today. Is there anyone from the North that is going to this meeting tomorrow at Apex that would be willing to stop by Wolfman and take this stuff to him? If so that would be a HUGE help and I would make it worth your while Please PM me if you are able to help.

Sorry for the hijack John...bike is looking great by the way
