WetFest 2012 -- Sept 7-9

Looks like I am OUT....


My living situation is changing- in a huge way- I am relocating to Arizona!
not for a job, but for family- my gramma is getting to that point in her life where she really should be moved into a care home, but she insists on staying in her house, which means she needs someone to be nearby to care for her when the time comes.. so I have decided to try out living in continuous sunshine

I will miss our fun summer bike events up here and all of you guys and gals! I will however, hopefully have more time to do some traveling, and maybe even more Baja related riding since I will only be a few hours from the border

So, I will see some of you at the other Fest of West, but not at the WetFest this time....

(I move at the end of this month, if anyone was wondering)

Been there done that... you are making the right decision and good for you for stepping up. It isn't easy. If you ever need someone to talk to, you have my number.

Take care of the things now you would regret not doing after the fact. I asked myself that every day and while having that opportunity beforehand was a blessing, it came with a heavy price. Make the most out of it.

For a young guy you are a pretty good man

Huzar will probably post payment info, and if you don't want to camp I set up a package deal at a local hotel. Call the Wenatchee La Quinta and tell them you are part of the ADVRider group before Aug 15th, I think.

Lookin' to attend a Rally in E. WA. I Grew up in Omak and kinda want to get back up that way.....Is the list full? Anyone else from NorCal area trucking in? If it is still open pencil me in. This ride would be special for me, an homeage to my older brother, known as Hammer here...... I miss you Gary.

Ski Bum, I'm really intersted in going. I'm in Roseburg right off the 5. We can group up here and ride up scooping up whoever else may be in the I5 corridor.

Psiovex, I was planning on trucking in, heading up Hwy 97 through Bend. If I head up alone I will throw the bike in the back of the pickup. If others along the way wish to truck up I could bring the 3 bike trailer. Taking 97 it is about 600 miles from Redding. Up I-5 and across to Wenatchee it is well over 700 miles for me.
