Laugh Dual Sport

When I worked at Wenatchee Cycle Center years ago we hosted and put on a Suzuki sponsored ride. Wenatchee to Ellensburg. Anyway, lots of GREAT places to see. Anyplace just west of Leavenworth is awesome. Have fun. I hope to make it.

I'm not sure what being from Bellevue has to do with it... but no, I'm afraid all we accept as payment are greenbacks...

Can anyone comment on the Colockum Road route from Ellensburg to Wenatchee? And I think I'm also in the group paying cash when I arrive, I hope that's not a problem.

Rocky. Rocks, rocks, and rocks underneath the rocks. Hot, dry, dusty.
Other than that, good ride with great views. The only caution I woul have is that there has been a large fire burning in the Reecer Creek area that has caused some road closures. Don't know it they're still in effect. Other than that, should be open and good riding.
What, exactly, was it you wanted to know?

I'm planning taking the little 100 cc bike to Wenatchee from North Bend OR. I'm trying to avoid riding on mountain pass roads with fast traffic and Hwy 97 between Ell'sburg and Wenatchee seems a bit fast. Is Colockum passable for a 60's vintage trailbike?
