Did you notice the modified front brake - large rotor and the brake line is mis-routed. They probably need the bigger brake for the stunt work.
Is Renner about to drop the Glock... I'll check it out at the movies this weekend. |

Put down a deposit today. Two weeks says my dealer. Looking forward to this new bike and mild trail riding!

I'm heading up to Utah on Wednesday now, to pick up the bike. After it's in the truck, I'm going to head up the road a little farther to Ricochet Armor and see if their 250 bash plate will fit this bike. It's only a short drive away and maybe one will fit and it will be one farkle out of the way.

This might be a silly question but I thought I read somewhere that the CRF250L has a steel gas tank, is that true??

All OEM fuel tanks I've ever seen are made of steel.

I'm sure you're right. I'm certainly no expert. Me personally, I've only seen steel tanks, but then, I don't get around much.

Otd wtf?
Got an OTD price quote today - $5279
(and thats in OR - no sales tax). So almost $800 in freight and set-up charges... starting to make more sense to negotiate on a left over WRR. I really, really want this little bike, but not for that price.Anyone in the PNW get any better price quotes? |

Absolutely right - just got off the phone with "Buzz" from Freds Honda in Corvallis, he wants the $4500 MSRP and about $120 for freight -- think he may have just got my business! Only problem is, he sold his first one, and doesn't have a delievery date on the second one... so, I'll just have to be patient (not one of my best qualities). howardbell screwed with this post 08-14-2012 at 12:25 PM |

In my case, I bought on the I-5 side, paid by check, and asked for a quote on delivery. For an additional $195 they drove it to my house. BP Brtp4 screwed with this post 08-14-2012 at 02:00 PM |
