Tappatalk question

Why on IOS despite cookies being all up and working
Do I have to click through the skip download tappatalk WITH the don't ask me this again radio button checked
Every time I open a thread in a new tab.

I don't like tappatalk and I will never load the app. It should be a one time deal.
I don't want to click no everytime I log into advrider and every thread I open....

Is this thing on?

How come tappatalk isn't opt in rather then opt out every time?

It should not work that way, and does not on my IOS devices. I recommend clearing all your cookies, and trying again to opt out.

Yeah good suggestion.
My cookies are cleared out every few browser sessions.
I do it manually. This is atomic browser.

If you are clearing cookies regularly, then you are clearing settings for TT since TT uses cookies to store some settings.

I don't use tappatalk I didn't load the app.

I dislike the idea of the app especially, and I dislike that advrider pushes it on mobile devices

We don't push it. It is supported but you can use a browser if you want.

Ok then explain to me why I get messages asking me to use tappatalk that I have to click through to get to the forum.
Or why it populates the top of the screen.

That's pushing in my book.
I get it on the iPad and on my android device.
I use a browser. Safari, atomic and other. With atomic I've most of the different browser spoofs same deal.

It sucks. It's spammy and takes away from the advrider ad free experience.

Don't know what to tell you. If any forum supports it. Tapatalk will tell you it does. Do or don't use it. Your choice.

Sorry you don't like it.

There are a number of forums that use it. None of them push it like advrider does.

Not many people nuke cookies after every session either. That's why you get the screen more than once ;)

I think your accusation is misplaced.

I only get the tapatalk banner after clearing cookies.

Otherwise it never happens.

Candidly, I don't use. I think it's unsecure, and I will never install it.

I can't help other people. It's dumb to not clear cookies after you surf...

ANYway. the point is, same device, same broswer, different forums one, and only one push tapatalk like some kind of street drug
The rest don't. my point is It seems like something, some setting on the admin side of the website.

It shouldn't even be there. I should have to opt in not, not opt out. it should be a background deal.
If someone wants to view ADVRIDER from a joke of an unsecured app, then that's great let them signup and do all the stuff they need to do.

For the rest of us, just let us read the forum in peace. Without spammy aps

This is your opinion. I heard it and thank you. Now give it a rest.
