Wow! There are so many lakes north of Jefferson I wasn't sure which one it would was! I need to put that on my list of places to ride. I plan on doing Breitenbush road this summer.

Okay, let me load one up... try not to make it too easy

Okay, what is the mountain range wilderness area named in the distance in this photo?

Hint, this photo was taken right off the highway at a designated "viewpoint", looking south, and because I feel this could be too hard; the residence (ranch) of a very popular pacific northwest tire selling man (who is now dead) lies nearby the other side of those mountains......

food for thought.....

I don't know what you're riding, but you need a true off-road capable bike to ride anything south of Olallie Lake. A big dual sport isn't going to make it. I still have have to finish FS4220 but looks like I'll have to do it in August to be sure all the snow is gone.

It's an absolutely beautiful area.

Damn your good....

Take it away Mad Chap!

Yea, I only ride the dr650, but for now I plan on riding Breitenbush out to Estacada, and exploring a few FS here and there. I might stop by Olalie lake. Most of that territory is new to me!

Here is beautiful Strawberry Lake. Went camping up there last year with the lady. It's so nice up there! Great place to camp out for passing through ADVers.

answer, I will pass it on to you, you're up
