Okay, kinda cheating being as I actually work in that building. LOL. It's the Newhalem Powerhouse (aka "Gen 20" to people who live here. It was the first powerhouse on Seattle City Light's Skagit Project. It provided power to build Gorge, Diablo, and Ross dams. Built ca. 1920, IIRC. As to what goes on in it nowadays,... Not much when you consider some of SCL's other generators put out 100x Gen 20's power. BTW, free tool usage and barley pop for ADV riders if you're in my neck of the woods (Newhalem) and need either or both. House w/ the VW's.

Yes...My picture of the "Oiler's Bridge" near the RIP Reiter Pit area was the picture he should have been trying to figure out.

Somebody else can take a turn now that I just gave it away and am heading out to do the WABDR in the next couple of days....
