Looks like it could be

Jubilee Lake, but I don't remember a board walk there, and I haven't been out riding and sight seeing much either!

Sorry, that would be an incorrect answer.

Twin Lakes are near Fish Lake and Duck Lake.
The area where the deer was at was the hint I needed.

Will try to post my picture after work today

North of Halfway, OR. The deer was a hint because I mentioned it in another thread on here a few days back and it was on a trip I took to Northeast Oregon.

And if you have ever camped there you would never forget it because of the psycho deer. I can't be the only one who has been harassed by her.

I'll throw my hat in the ring with "Fish Lake". Down the road a ways is Duck Lake which I will not soon forget. The local Sheriff spotted us setting up camp at Blackhorse and decided we were a threat to society. He came in all puffed up and gonna get our situation under controll but soon changed his mind. He discovered we were all a bunch of old farts with licensed bikes and didn't appear to have any carnal desires for his personal sheep. He broke out a map that covered the hood of his truck and proceeded to tell us all the cool trails we just had to see. Duck Lake trail was one of them. Only two of us were brave/dumb enough to try it and actually made it up to the lake, the others said good luck and turned around when it started getting good. It didn't look like it should be legal but the Gestapo gave us the thumbs up.
