Looks like the eastern edge of the cascades, somewhere between Omak and Tri cities. That is about as close as I can guess.

WAG. Haven't been there, Yet.

Maybe, Chinese Wall in the background? My map doesn't name the small north/south creek but it runs into Slate Cr. The east/west drainage is Big Lake Cr.

There appears to be a lookout on Rail Road Ridge.

This is close. Narrowing in. It very well could be the Chinese Wall in the background...I'll have to peek at some maps tomorrow to double check. In the meantime. here's another hint pic to follow ...

And, the RR Ridge lookout, if there is one, is not the closest to this point. RR Ridge is a nice place to ride.

Not much traffic up here. I'm surprised being how close it is to .... a ...er...ummm ..... popular place ...

Here's a little ol' mining shack across the valley, about a half (edit, 0.2) mile, from the previous pics.

and this is at the first pic, with the shack above to the left

No, and the Chinese Wall is quite a ways away. I don't think we could see it from here.

WOW! Thanks Everyone!

Thanks so much for the great photos and insights into where to go next for some stunning views and rides! Would appreciate a mention of the general area as well as the specific spot....that way I would have a better chance of finding it.....did I mention that I get lost a lot?

Much appreciated folks!
