I don't know how I can be more exact than what I already posted:

Five Bar is where the West Little Owyhee River joins the main fork of the Owyhee River
Sorry if I am dense. On Google Maps Fields Creek Reservoir Rd. intersects with 5-bar rd. Just trying to determine if we're talking the same place.

Okay now I know what map you are using so we can communicate better.

Yes at that intersection take 5 Bar road to the dead end near the Owyhee River. If you zoom in at that point it shows that trail in the bottom of the canyon in my photo as Sharon Creek Road.

Okay this should be harder. If you have ever been here you are WAY out in the middle of nowhere. Name the landmark on a map. I have two pics, here is the harder one first.

The bushes don't look quite right, but for a second, I thought I could see Wachs just under the surface there.

SHOULD be harder. Yes it is Anderson Crossing of the West Little Owyhee River near Louse Canyon. You are up XR4EVER.

Sorry, man. I know it sucks when you think you have a difficult one and some punk comes along....

Looking for the nearest town, or the peak from where I took the pic. Or better yet, what the lowland area is called by the locals.
