some silly insignificant spot I can't remember(not surprising, I remember very few names of places),,along the Snaky River,,is there some kinda small market/country store near this?

Not along the Snake (or Snaky) River. Most likely a small market/country store in the nearby town.

It took 9 minutes to get that one, WEAK!!
It was about -5 degrees F when that photo was taken.
