trailrider383 wins this one, all three correct.
I did break the rules though and posted pictures out of the PNW, was not paying attention.
Painted Rocks and the beginning of Magruder [east to west] are in Montana. Oh well, the ride started and ended in Idaho. Painted Rock Reservoir ![]() Horse Creek hot springs. ![]() Magruder ![]() No worries about the cheating thing, I cheated to win the last one

Kind of looks like the Owyhee River and if it's the right place there's a hot spring (3 forks hot springs) down there maybe. Or, I could be wrong!

A good guess, eh? I haven't been there, but Outdoor Idaho did an aerial view of the Owyhee and I did some research to take a ride down in that area. I've only been on pavement thru SW Idaho.
OK, Game On. ![]() Name the lake? Clue...One of my favorite areas to ride.

Yup, a long time ago. 1975 or there abouts. It still looks the same.
Not St Joe Lake. About a days ride away, but looks similar. This is St Joe Lake ![]() Still a nice round lake, but less trees. This was the end of July and we still were blocked by snow in some areas. We hiked into St Joe Lake. I could ride trail to the viewpoint of the lake in question, but the trail down that mountain was beyond my skills.
