Bluhduh Yeah picture is a little vague.

Like I said I am getting desperate for pictures, so I stole this one from someone else.

First hint- this well known land mark is out there, sorry for the picture size, as big as
I could make it.

Picture is Sand Butte, road is the Carey/Kimama Road, and the Craters Of The Moon
National Monument western border does follow part of the Kimama road, we just call that
area the Kimama Desert. I believe Kimama Desert was the popular name years ago before
they moved the monument border that far west.

trailrider383 you are up again.

Three part question here.
1. Name the nearest town.
2. Name the mechanical apparatus.
3. Name the flowering plant in the photo with the cabin.

2 of 3 aint bad.

It's a dredge and the plants are bear grass --- I'm gonna guess Warren a few years back.

Intermission

Here are some nice pics, and a song, while we wait.

Ken Curtis was Festus on Gun Smoke and one of the Sons of the Pioneers.

I like Cowboy Music, which is not necessarily country music.

Did 4r22mny run out of pictures and have to go take a ride to get something to post?

Wish I could - take a ride that is. A crash in Arizona a month or so ago kinda has me out of the riding scene for a while -- plus that, it's still WINTER around here. Complete with winter storm warnings for Boise this A.M.

Ok

OK, here's one.

It's in Idaho, and I suspect that some of the local guys will pounce on it quick.

BUT, I did pinch it down a bit to kinda make it more difficult.

Have fun!

Weeeellll,

I guess you can scratch that, the poster says I can't post pictures unless I have a "photo hosting site" -- I don't.

Go ahead and take it again Tourist.
