Question Where to buy AltRider products in Europe?

I really like the stuff from AltRider, but haven't been able to find a dealer in Europe where I can buy it

Do you know where I can find one (if there are any?)

Probably worth contacting Altrider directly to find out if they have any distributors in Europe. The are pretty good via email.

Go to their website www.altrider.com where you can find a phone # to call. Didn't see a link to where they do business but a call or email them should be quick way to find out.

I know some of my UK Triumph brethren get theirs through Nippy Normans.

Creative way of writing...

I can't find any info on the AltRider website about shipping, delivery or sale to outside the US.

Under "customer service" I found the following:
"For general inquiries, email info at altrider dot com" - is that an US-way of typing email addresses
Am I right in assuming that the info address is info@altrider.com?

Sorry, didn't notice you are in Denmark, evidently thought you were going. I'd say yes to that email address. Worst that can happen is it doesn't go through, and if it doesn't, post back here.

It's a way to keep spamming bots from scooping their email...

Quality products made in the US.

AltRider In Europe

This post is probably a bit late, but we (AltRider) have now opened up in The Netherlands. You can order from www.altrider.eu and the purchases will ship from our office there.
We are excited to be part of this market and to offer better shipping rates and time frames.

Excellent news, thanks!

Edit: some problems with the website though - can't complete my order (neither shipping nor payment method seems to work).

Fixing the .eu site

Hello,
yes we are finding a lot of difficulties with the integration with Deustche Bank. We adjusted the site to allow you submit your order and Serge will follow up via email or phone to submit payment via Credit Card or Direct transfer.

sorry for the difficulties, believe me we want nothing more than for this to be fixed.... we found similar slow response for the tech department at DHL.

good news is you can submit orders now and the warehouse is fully stocked.

You are right, it a bit late for now - I've got all the accessories I needed for my current bike from Touratech.
But I normally replace my bikes every 2 or 3 years, so maybe my next bike will be plastered in Altrider accessories - you sure have some nice stuff.
