Unfortunately No... . If we did we would be losing money on every tire sold. At the 30% off we are cutting it pretty close.
We love to help inmates out as much as possible, but we've got to stay in business to be able to do that.

Are you saying you're offering 30% off the displayed price or is the displayed price with the 30% off?

HIDs rock!

Hey! I ordered a high/low set for my GSA and I have to say they ROCK OUT!!! I also picked up the LED park light, and unfortunately it malfunctioned..... A quick phone call later, they said they'll send a new one out as soon as they come in..... You have to love a company that stands by their products the way these guys do.... Thanks! Can't wait to try out the new LED when it comes in!!!

Just talked with Zach to place an order. Great customer service for my first experience, and if the products at just as good, they'll have a repeat customer. Great prices and support so far.

Bought an HID kit and a tkc80. If all works well I think I'll pick up the high beam too.

Thanks Zack!

Follow up - poor customer service after the initial sale. I hope Zach did well on his Real Estate license Exam (probably why no one answered the phone the first 3X I called), because it's up in the air whether 1off will last when they lie to customers about having shipped their order. It's ok though; lying is probably useful in real estate. Even the other fellow from 1off, who's name I forget, came off as a bullshitter. Having lived in Mi for a while, I forgot that what it was like to be BS'd; I felt like I was right back in San Diego where 1off happens to be stationed...

HIDs on my F800

I've just installed the high \ low HID kit on my 2010 F800GS.
I am very happy happy with it .
Super easy install , extremely bright lights , lifetime guarantee, and uses less power to boot.
Great service from 1off , thanks guys !
I was worried about the light flaring all over using these new bulbs in the factory reflector , but
they seem pretty much like the old pattern only way brighter .
On a dark night with the high beam on you just about need sunglasses the road ahead is so brightly lit.
I'm headed off to Alaska and Inuvik in a few weeks , I'll let you know how they work out in a harsher environment.

Discontinuing CANBus HID lights until further notice :(

Dear 1Off MotorSports Past and Future Customers,

We are sad to inform you that 1Off Motorsports will no longer offer its CANBus compatible HID headlights for BMW Motorcycles. Over the past 5 years we have grown a business that provided quality lighting solutions. In the past two months we’ve been forced to change manufacturers, and since then have found that the new manufacturer could not met the requirements to run our HID light system in your BMW bikes.

Initially, the new manufacturer showed promise. Quality testing proved that the product worked properly with BMW's CANbus system. Testing in different bike models was a success. However after starting to sell the new product this past month, we found the defective rate of the product was higher than we are willing to accept. Therefore we cannot continue to offer this product for BMW Motorcycles.

We founded this business on selling product we trust, and refuse to sell a product of lesser quality. Until we find a manufacturer that can meet our expectations, and provide a reliable product we are discontinuing the sale of BMW HID products.

At this point our customers have been awesome, understanding, and have provided both great feedback and suggestions. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we have a working solution, one that can be trusted with the 1Off name.

1Off Motorsports will continue to honor its Lifetime Warranty on parts for as long as you own your motorcycle. We will continue to offer HID lights for all other makes and models, as well as auxiliary lighting solutions for BMW models. We can always be reached during business hours at (888) 225-6418.

Thanks you and ride safe,

1 Off MotorSports

Pissed Faulty LED Parking Globes.

G'day Fellas,

About a week ago my package turned up with the Canbus safe Led Parking Globes, four in total to suite my 2010 R1200GS.

All four have given me the same problem. Plug them in, turn the ignition, very bright. I hit the starter and a Lampf comes up on the screen, no parking globe.

I re-installed my 3 chip led globe from STR and no problems, original globe no problems.

I have tried emailing your company twice now and no reply. I have tried ringing your phone number from Australia and I get I cant connect to this number. I am getting frustrated that I have spent close to $90 dollars including postage and these globes don't work.

A reply would be nice.

Simon Lovelock

Thanks Jose for your reply,

Not great news that you are having problems with the HID and LED setups for the can-bus on the 1200GS's. When the LED parking globes come back on line again I will give them a try.

Simon.
