Along with the fine folks from ADV Moto magazine at their 1st annual www.ADVMotoRally.com


Allen with Dual Sport Armory will bring his over 40 years of off road experience and over 10 yrs as a suspension tuner to the table.
Our goal is to help the given rider a working understanding of what to expect and how to adjust a given motorcycle.

We will talk about the follow topics:

Springs and spring force- why and how do they work, Why would you need to change or not

Damping- We will try to take some of the black Magic out of your adjusters and put it into terms that the average rider can understand.

Suspension designs, difference between sealed , open , emulsion, twin chamber, PDS, Linkage and shock designs etc.

Proper chassis set up, topics handlebars, foot pegs, levers, friction ,Geometry, We hope to help you get your motorcycle to handle as well as it was designed

Trouble shooting and adjusting, how to test and figure out what needs to be done Lastly maintaining , when to do service and why
