Like Otis the Sasquatch, I also drive what's basically a re-bodied Caprice on a stretched frame. Earlier this year, I had a run in with somebody's chicken, who at the last second decided his dead run across the road was indeed a bad idea, and wheeled around to head back. Unfortunately, 4500lbs of car on a 2-lane backroad doesn't come to a halt quickly, and even though I was hard on the brakes, that chicken gave a small hop before meeting his impending doom.
I had liked the idea of a patrol car-type brush gaurd before, but now I'm really convinced. What do you suppose the odds are of fitting one to my Fleetwood without it looking like a total eyesore? Would chrome or painted blue look better? Most importantly, do you think it'd save my grille from a chicken?:

I would actually check out some australian suppliers for something like that.
Those boys LOVE their american v8's, and nearly every car that doesn't live in the city is fitted with "roo-bars" to deflect the occasional marsupial. |

That Holden looks cool, would look much better with a lower profile LED light bar IMO.
I hit a turkey once, it got wedged in between the space between the light bar and the roof............feathers everywhere. |

Interestingly enough, those two cars are THE cars to race in the Australian V8 Supercars series.

That Holden is a sweet car. Wish they came here. I believe it's the same Zeta? platform as the G8.

Done up as the personal car for the chief of our provincial police, who happens to be an Eyetie and big Ferrari nut.
![]() How the fucksticks fill their quotas to come up with the extra cash. ![]() And I'm another whitey who puts warnings up there as just another urban myth, along with the sasquatch, snuff films and "highway enforcement fucksticks do not have quotas". |

I'm amazed in these days of austerity measures that a very prominent official would chose to have such an item purchased for his personal use. |
