Nanna bread

3 Very ripe Nanners (black on the outside, mushy on the inside, Nanners breaking down have more flavor and sugar content) peeled
1/2 cup butter chilled cut into small pieces ( I process the nanners and butter together first then add the rest below.
1 1/2 cup Flour (I used White Whole Wheat)
3/4 cup sugar ( I used Powder Honey or Powder Maplesugar)
2 eggs
1/4 cup whole milk (I used Almond Milk)
2 tsp lemon juice or cider vinegar ( I used Lemons)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts or pecans ( I buy the whole walnuts and palm the bag on the kitchen counter to break them up a bit
1 cup raisins, craisins or died apricot bits ( I used all different kinds of fruits)
1/4 cup rum (any Rum that you like will do)

I mix this all together in a food processor, don't over process as this will make the bread coarse. pour this into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.

oven temp 360 deg for 1 hour 15 minutes.
let it cool before removing from the loaf pan.

You can also make mini loves with this recipe ..
I think it was 2 minis per batch

I had an awesome time at the Rally. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality and rides. It looks as though I got away before the "noobing" started.... thank goodness....


Met some awesome riders and hope to ride with everyone again soon. My 990 will get new tires soon!

Yes I love the roads around my area...We haven't found a bad road.. Even the gravel ones are sweet...

Believe it or not way better then in BlueGrass,VA...
I hate tar and chip...And that's what they uses when I lived there for 20+yrs...

When I freeze bananas I just peel and break in half and drop in ziploc bag...
Then once froze I put in a food sealer bag.. They keep very nice...

A spokeswoman at Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem says Watson remains in critical condition Friday morning. Watson’s daughter, Nancy, told the Associated Press the 89-year-old Watson fell Monday. She said he did not break any bones.
The blind singer and guitarist, whose legal first name is Arthel, has won several Grammys, including a lifetime achievement award. He also received the National Medal of the Arts. He’s known as a master of the flatpicking style of guitar playing. He also started Merlefest, an annual gathering of musicians in North Wilkesboro named after his son, a musician who died in a tractor accident in 1985.

Unpacking the van today and realized I had abandoned a blue cooler, blue folding chair, and green folding chair.

By chance did they make it into the black hole RV piloted by the real Kenny? Or maybe rode shotgun with a load of bananas? If not, they are sacrifices to the rally gods. There they will join a new TKC 80 rear, multi-fuel stove, and the especially sad loss of a full fifth of Wild Turkey. All offered at past rallies.
