Do you mean the venturi? My fuel injected SV has two sets of butterflys! Fuel injected engines still require a method of controlling air flow, although some high tech cars now use widely variable valve lift to do away with either butterflys or slides.

Looks like they got rid of the tandem racing at Daytona. Back to pack racing, it seems. I think I prefer it, more democratic.

Hanging upside down should be good for Gordon's back, no?
Pack racing and crashes.

They sure made it easier to crash!! Wild Thing!! That guy can drive! Gordon made a big mistake, but Ambrose did the same and nearly won, so?

Much as I hate to do it, I've got to congratulate that little prick Kyle Busch. He had a chance to crash out at least twice in that race, but saved the car both times. Great drive you punk bastard.......

I agree. He drove a phenomenal race. Had no business being there at the end. He could race F1 and do very, very well. A prick, but a very driven (har har) and talented prick.

He was rumored to be on the short list for the USF1 team that ultimately folded. He may be the most talented driver in NASCAR, but his temper eventually bites him at some point during the season. In F1, he'd run competitively until he got into it with another similarly bullheaded driver like Massa or Hamilton, then it would all end in a shower of carbon fiber and kitty litter.

I don't remember anybody else saving it after getting crossed up on the apron at a buck 90, but Kyle did it at least 3 times!?!
You can't deny that skill. I'd love to see him in an F1 car!
