Half flags at Road America and she is 4th. She had to make passes to get it too. Passes on the brakes to notable road racing talents.

NASCAR road racing is fun. They should have another couple rounds. Different audience, but probably productive on the margin.

Go Danica! Make those haters cry.

This"Turd Herder from the Black Swamp" has no problem with Danica being a race car driver. Its all the hype and bullshit that surrounds her like most of the drivel on this thread,or the"She's Danica Patrick and you're not" thread.A young lady does well the week before and all they(you) can talk about is Danica.Give it(her) a rest.

My only posts about Patrick have been in response to the unwarranted criticism.

Give it (you) a rest. And like magic, I'll follow suit.

Even if she does run top 5 all day, and gets punted on the last lap by that arrogant little prick Villeneuve.

I was done,others stirred the pot.Villenuve has a history of that behavior,maybe that's why he's where he's at?

Yes, I think you're probably right, his ego exceeds his talent. Poor old Canadians stuck having to root for him.

Man, that track produced an excellent race for those cars. Very entertaining. Pity it's not up to F1 standards.

The Toxic Dwarf couldn't find acceptable lodging in Indy, had to helo back & forth to Chi-town. The Best Western in Fond du Lac probably wouldn't suit him either.

He definitely wouldn't be happy with the Days Inn in FdL.

Here's an idea...run the full course at Watkins Glen. The truncated course is really a joke. The boot contains the best viewing, best camera angles. Put 10,000 fans on the hillside between the 'toe & heel' and now you've got a race track.

Nah - The place is all Armco. Too far away from anything. They need to build a new road racing course at Loudon! Maybe 3 miles in length, wide and lots of elevation.

For starters, sure. Have a look at the F1 tracks, the ones built for F1 especially. They all suck. Ugly. Contrived. Characterless. It doesn't help that only one architect has Bernie's blessing for track design. Spa, Monza, and Monaco are the only interesting stops on the schedule, and the former two's days are numbered. F1's a poison chalice.

Road America is a gem.

Signed,
Guy who just spent a weekend suffering Barber Motorsports Park (and I'm not referring to the weather).

All the new F1 tracks are like that. The holdover ones still have something of their character left, although the (very safe) runoff areas sure are ugly.

I like Barber on TV. Surprised to hear you don't like it.

I'd like to see F1 at Miller Park.
