Think 'Dodge'.

Ford has told Matt goodbye, I don't see a Chevy team that needs him.

I did read a Petty theory, Petty to Dodge, add a car and Kenseth is a nice-guy Petty sort of person.

Roush has all but blurted out Toyota, so the Gibbs theory could be true.

It didn't sound like Roush / Ford had planned to see him leave.

Right, but after it was announced Ford issued a statement saying they were sorry to see him leave Ford implying he won't be in a Ford next year.

Petty to Dodge sounds more reasonable

I agree. I can see Kurt dropping back and taking his brothers car to a couple of Nationwide championships and say by 2015 a Busch Brothers Racing Team in cup.

It's all a little cloudy until Dodge spills the beans.

I sense Robby has no love for all those media pricks looking to start a problem. People like Jerry Punch think they add something by challenging people like K Bu. They don't. They hurt the sport. I hate those guys. If Dodge was smart, they'd field the team for Robby to run and let him keep the press out. They'd sure steal the spotlight if they had the pace. Total silence....

Whew, that was boring. Lot's of empty seats, I'd drop that place pronto.

They had huge traffic problems for the inaugural race. I wonder if that contributed to whatever attendance problems they had this year?

Roush has already been scaling back due to a lack of primary sponsorship. They don't even have Kenseth fully funded for this season so I don't blame him for putting something together as staying with Roush wasn't looking like they'd be able to pay him.

Rumor has it that Kenseth gets a partial ownership of the team.
That's pretty juicy! Dodge?

Wonder if they're bringing Marco too?

Maybe they'll put Matt's kid in Nationwide?

"The news that his name and Andretti's have been mentioned together didn't seem to surprise him whatsoever. “Believe me, I've heard everything y'all have, plus a bunch of other stuff,” Petty said. “This rumor stuff used to wait until November or December. Back then, the guys at the shop would come in every day with a whole new deal they'd heard until they got to Daytona Beach. I'd say, 'Just write this stuff on the walls to see how much of it comes true.' "

I think it's more likely that Robby Gordon and Andretti will start a Dodge team, Gordon already has cars and a shop that can build cars. They need to obtain the Penske engine program to be successful.

I think it makes sense, Robby can't run that clapped out old Hummer at Dakar forever. Dodge Durango!!!
