So what I'm thinking is to have you show up for the swag giveaway and you put your name tag in the hat for the drawing (minus the stick pin). That way I don't have to print up a bunch more crap! Since you have to be present to win that would work out well.

When you check in you need to look at your badge and bag to make sure it has everything you paid for. On the back of the badge I wrote the items you paid for so before you walk away from the table/motorhome you better check. I've indicated the Days, shirts, and beer glass count on the back and a secret mark on the front that'll get you through the dinner line.

Just to recap the BIGGER Swag:
A bunch of Giant Loop Stuff
Alaska Leather Butt Pads
GoPrp Camera
a $500 Klim gift Certificate
2 $100 Gift Cards from Valley Cycle (they have a mail order/internet dept)
And some other promised items...

Remember, it might suck getting there but Lake Isabella is the high desert. They get much less rain than the surrounding areas. And last but not least, 178 through the Kern River Canyon or over Walker pass should not be a problem. 155 over Greenhorn Summit MIGHT have snow (6500 feet). Plan accordingly.
Okay

Talk to Perry maybe he might be in. That would be three of us.
I think at four people we would be maxed out. (So room for one more)

Think about it a hot shower after riding in the rain all day - a roof over our heads and a good nights sleep.

Wofford hieghts is about 5 miles from camp.
kernville inn across the street from camp is $150 friday night.

I figure we will camp and party with the boys sat night. hopefully by then the rain will have passed.

Being manly, I never needed one.
I will be bringing my KLX in the back of my truck. I have a ramp. Easy peezy.

Good. Now just wait for the weather Gods. Not like it is the first time I have ridden over during a snow storm.

Its not Thursday that bothers me, intermittent rain. I spooned my knobby's on this morning. I worry about Friday's deluge and how little I can carry to keep the water off. How many can we fit under Gerg's canopy?

If you must get a room for Friday, book one at the Kern Lodge. RIGHT next door to Kern River Brewing. The lady who runs the place is a sweetie and The ZRX club I'm a member of stays there every year. Great Place. But only book a room there if you are scared of rain.. RAIN is soooooo scary!!!

I've done Greenhorn, in rain, snow sleet ice and sand, not a real big deal. Its part of the adventure, remember, this is adventure rider, not, oh I'm afraid of the weather.

not a LOT of snow, but still icy conditions. I've been over that pass on street tires in all kinda nasty weather and when its freezing, believe me, discretiion IS the better part of valor and going around is a _very_ _good_ _idea_.
