Reminder...

If I don't have your payment by the 13th (that means cash available to me) the price per night goes up $5. From $15 to $20 a night.

I will be going up to MRA to make the final payment and to order the beer, most likely, on the 9th or 10th. I will have to make full payment for the MRA stuff and the deposits and payment for the beer. I currently have enough money for the MRA payment but I've "borrowed" the shirt money to make that payment.

Remember, PayPal holds up the transfer of money for a few days, typically 3 business days but it can take up to 5. So to be on the safe side I need your payment on the 8th or you had better mail your check by then as well.

If everyone that is on the "In" list pays up we'll be in fair shape figuring we'll get a few last minute folks joining up in the last month.

Yeti is ordering the shirts and stickers. I'll let him post up the drop dead date for shirts.

Nothing here is new and I'm not complaining (honest), I'm just the first one to add a surcharge for the payments that will cause me to dig into my wallet to fund the "extras". It gets pretty scarey when it looks like you're going to have to pull $500 or more of your money to make this happen.

For those that have already paid, THANK YOU!

As you were,
Gerg

Talking Shirt ordering deadline

The last day to order shirts will be Friday, March 30, 2012. We may or may not order up a couple of extras in the common sizes, i.e. L and XL, depending on the $$ situation. As of right now, don't count on it.

If you want a shirt or shirts, please get your order in before the end of March.

Tell me again why it is that the nOOb rally, which is a much bigger rally, gets front page billing in the West forum, while WARPED gets shoved into the black hole of the Rally Forum?
Yeah, I know we have something of a 'sticky' up top, but folks still can't readily see when there have been new posts without navigation skills.
I still think we'd have more signups if we could have stuck on the front page. JMHO.

I'll go find something else to whine about

Are we supposed to be prepaying for the stickers and other assorted paraphernalia too?

You're supposed to pay for the shirts when you sign up. The stickers are thrown in.

Because it was decided that Warped should be in the Anual Rallys.

When you run it next year you can do what you like

Just make sure that info is on your PayPal payment. I usually don't add the info until I'm paid.

Gerg

Edit: You made it easy to cut n paste so I have the info posted... now to turn it green!
