I should have had Mark get some stickers for the bike from that dealership. From the time he knocked on the door until he was back on the road after having the flywheel replaced under 4 hours had elapsed.

You can see your own spot history when logged in, can't see others.

Not all places allow it. Some people wing it with an Avis (or whatever) but the Baja cops know what's up with rentals and if for any reason you interact with a cop and your rental isn't legal down there you'd be at their mercy.
There is a place in San Diego call California Baja Rental (CaBaja.com?) that primarily rents to Baja travelers (even 4wd's). Maybe they can help?
Be sure whatever you get is legal and fully insured for down there.

Just make sure it has Load range E tires, one of the inmates rented an F150 for the '06 B1K and blew four tires on the road from Chapala to our Desert Assassins/ADV pit just north of Gonzaga. They were cheapo chinese tires iirc.

Not sure of the dealership name but it was in Russellville AR. Google only shows 1 there so I assume this is them:

They got there after they closed but were able to get someone to look at the van first thing in the morning and were on the road before noon!
