Question; I currently have some 35w PIAA's mounted on my F650. As they drain my battery I would like to replace them, do you think the existing wiring harness would work, allowing me to mount your LED's and connect?
Saludos Martín

Either of the light sets (MM10 or MM8) we sell will work with your existing wiring. Ordering "lights only" saves you a few bucks and will bolt up and wire up in place of the PIAA's (and wont overwhelm your electrical system thanks, -Brian

I have a pair of lights from MondoMotors on my BMW 650 and they replaced the PIAA's. They are MUCH brighter, and draw much less current from the charging system. Just cut the wires from the old lights, and splice in the new lights. Meke sure to use heat shrink tubing over soldered connections. The new lights mount up very well in place of the old ones. It's a no brainer!!
Cheers, Bill |

Finally got around to finishing up my installation on a 2002 Aprilia Caponord. With the PIAA brackets, they went right on my factory crash bars.

Mounts are done. Turned out great. Busy wiring in a fuse block for heated gear and then I will connect my GPS and lights all at once.

Can they be wired in directly?
I am thinking of getting a set of the MM10 Bullet lights on my Super Tenere for day and night driving lights. I'm also thinking of getting a set of the MM8 Flood lights to light up more of the dark back roads and what little off roading I may do.
Can I wire the MM10's into my running lights and the MM8's into the high beams? That way the MM10's will always be on even when the high beams are on along with the MM8's. Is this not a good idea or should I use some kind of controller and/or a fuse block? Is this overkill? I was thinking that the MM10's would light a bit further and the MM8's would light a wider path. Maybe the MM10's will be all I need? Does it matter what height you mount them? I was thinking of mounting the MM10's low on the crash bars and the MM8's up by the headlights. Thanks, Chris |

sorry for the delayed response. Ive been traveling alot lately. You can wire the lights as described above (directly) no problem. Mounting either of the light sets low will light up the side of the road closer to you. thanks, -Brian

Great Product!
Brian, Thanks for the lights and the great service!!!
The new units look fantastic!! I don't ride much a night.... I run them mostly during the day for visibility for on coming traffic. ....And for setting up camp on the Adventure Rides. ![]() Quote:
