We did the Ridge Run Enduro today. Got a good workout. Imagine the Hancock Quarry Run on steroids. Muddy in them woods.
Yea, 100 mph is what I meant I was like the human Rekluse in those bony hill climbs

I like muddy, I'll have to do that one someday. Are you doing the GNCC race at Dilla?

If was too bad you couldn't stay for day two. Today would have suited the 690 better than yesterday. In Bear Brook the 100 MPH gearing even would have seemed reasonable.

Ya. Right after that there was a nasty downhill washout. Didn't know it was there. Good thing he didn't go into showoff mode for the camera.

Yea, I wanted to stay but I needed to finish up the garden and get the house in order. Been traveling way too much and neglecting my chores

Looking forward to the Quarry run!

Oh yea, the Quote of the day "You got me wet, now I'm soaked"....

Some dude was in front of me on the trail and when the trail opened up a bit, I passed him, no big deal. At the next gravel road, some guy rolls up all pissed off yelling that I got him wet I was dumb struck to be honest, he totally caught me off guard. I'm standing there wondering WTF he was going on about when he took off and roosted the hell out of me When I caught up later on the road I called him a cocksucker (of course) and asked him why roosting the shit out of me was proper payback for getting him wet. Of course he started whining again about getting wet, so I told him to find another hobby, dirt bike riding isn't for him That roost was nasty, I've got some good welts on my forearms....cocksucker

I was riding behind Alex for a bit and he was drenching me... I just laughed, it was fun

As usual, it was great riding with GBG, Nate and Alex. Another drama free day of riding with like minded folks.... the way it should be!

Well, it was drama from some asshole outside the riding group, but you didn't need me to explain that to you I'm sure

It was actually my fault, I didn't explain the day very well. One dick head out of 500 riders, I would really consider it drama free compared to how it could have been. The most impressive thing I saw that day was the one legged guy riding a nasty rock section He was riding well considering he only had one leg. If you think about it, the dickhead was crying about getting wet and the one legged guy just kept rolling..... perspective, it's all about perspective

GBG made an interesting comment..... The group consisted of 1)A, 2)B's and 1)C (me). He suggested I get my A, so we can be "ABBA" Well, I think I'll just get the B out of the way and maybe Alex can get the A. It's more likely that I can flap my arms and fly to the moon...
