Any word on when they plan to start inspections, etc?

Some parts of the inspection may not be easy, but none of it appears to be impossible.

Idaho/Washington Reciprocity?

Question: Now that WA is matching ID, with the advent of the new utility/offroad plate. Is there any word as to if we (ID) can ride our bikes in WA and visa versa? Before, I had heard if we got stoppped across the state line they would write us......so now......maybe not? Though, there are still differences...ID 1 mirror / WA 2 mirrors, ID no directionals / WA requires directionals....and I'm sure there may be other issues too.

Just wondering.

Washington isn't doing a utility/offroad plate like Idaho. The new (washington) law is for a real 100% road legal plate, just like a car. It may have no effect on you being able to ride in WA.

Correct.

There is legislation in the pipeline for an ORV plate for limited street use.

See SB5366

A WR 450 would make a dandy dual sport.

KTM 450 if you like to keep it winding out, 520, 525 and 530[they are 510s] if you want grunt.

I know where there's a plated 2006 525 EXC, Chris. It's just like mine, but has low (dirt road) miles on it. I'll take pictures of it and get a price next week if you're interested.
