Prayers sent to you and your family. I rode with Gary several times and enjoyed every one of them. He was a true pleasure to ride with.

Though I only rode with Gary twice, we made friends fast. He was a truly unique individual, one we looked up to.

We in the ADV community will miss him dearly. Godspeed Hammer.

So sorry to learn of the passing of your Dad. As a lymphoma patient myself, I'm sure he was living life to the fullest in recent months, so I hope that's of some solace to you.

We are diminished.

I kept thinking I should call Gary last week to see how he was doing, but didn't take the time. He was a good friend, and will be missed.

What sad news. I spent a good day with Gary at the AFCL riding trials bikes. I had recently had an ugly departure from a job and he turned the day into more than just a ride. He talked to me about some of his own job experiences and gave me some good advice as to moving on. I looked forward to riding with him again and letting him know how that day was a bright spot during a bad time for me.

I am so sorry for your loss. Rest assured that he is roosting and riding far better bikes and far great places than here, and there is not a single cop there ruining his fun.

Wow Just found this thread, I'm at a loss for words on this one, One Hell of a guy! I Met him on the Anti-oyster run in 2008 as well, We have become pretty good friends since then, practically neighbors, He helped me decide to buy my 950. We burned up some rubber together, lots of ammo, many phone calls just to B.S. We parked our 9-fittys side by side in my garage and adjusted the valves on both last winter, He made it an easy and fun job. That guy Brewed the Best Damn I.P.A. I've ever tasted. Son of a Bitch he was too Young. I been meaning to call him, we were supposed to get together after the holidays for a beer. Gary will be missed. One Hell of a Guy!
