Laugh Road Suggestions near Wollongong

I am super stoked! I have found a bike rental on my upcoming vacation and will be riding in Australia!! I have found a number of decent looking roads but I only have three days and I don't want to miss any epic roads I may not have noticed. Any road/ride or sightseeing recommendations would be much appreciated! Where is the best ride in the Southern Highlands?!

I am trying to stay within a days ride (500-600 miles) of Wollongong and plan on doing one overnight stay for two of the days.

Its been a long time since I did any riding in the area but here's a few suggestions.

On tar:
1. North along the coast, across the sea bridge and through the Royal National Park.
2. West up Macquarie Pass and check out the pie shop at Robertson.
3. Jamberoo Rd is another good 'un.
4. Kangaroo Valley

On dirt:
1. Mittagong to Wombeyan Caves (check out the convict dug tunnel).

All very good recomendations, good easy riding, only thing that will slow you down is all the photos you'll want to take
Cheers

Couldn't afford a 'GSA', so now it's an 'XSA' "I didn't do it! & whoever said I did, is a liar!"

For your overnight head down the coast to Nowra then head inland via Nerriga to Braidwood (was dirt but I think now tar)
Then head to Araluen and down to the coast via dirt
Or just go from Braidwood down kings Hwy to coast on the tar (watch cops). Stay on coast overnight and head back the next day.
If you want a longer trip head south from Braidwood through Snowball and down towards Cooma. Back up the coast the next day.

You can turn off at Marulan, head for Bungonia, then Tarago, then options south, Bungendore, or Braidwood, or in between with lots of dirt. Or from Marulan,. Swallow Tail Pass to Taralga and Wombeyan, or Jenolan Caves way via Kowmung and over the Blue Mts back to the Gong. Lots of options.

Bike

Perhaps it would be helpful to know the actual bike you are renting? Your preference for dirt or tar surface?
and a ball park description of your skill and experience level. It is easy to become lost or isolated or go down a hill that you cant ride back up in that area if you venture off the beaten track.
Enjoy yor stay

I am renting a bmw 650 and planning on sticking to tar this trip. As much as I would love to explore some dirt, the insurance is a bit steep if I scratch the bike.

Thanks very much for the suggestions, I cannot wait to get there. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and not rain too much?
