Paul, I'm truly glad you finally found the health problem so it can be "fixed". Thyroid stuff can hide behind so many other things, it's not funny. And you deserve a cure - if not for all the good stuff you do, then just because you're a great person.

Now the negative comment - in college I knew a guy that was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and put on medication. He went from being a really buff & cut thin but muscular dude to kind of thick built. Very quickly.

So now I guess you will feel better, but have to watch your weight like the rest of us FFs.

Seriously though, I'm glad for you. Now get that T-shirt/sticker info going.

Edit: I'm really hoping they can fix the Osteoporosis, I'v had treatment but i wont know for a year if it's worked or not.
You know how i found out i had it...One of my students {I don't teach but i have student workers at the university} James, I hadn't seen him all summer and when we met he gave me a friendly jab in the ribs, not hard and broke one.
That waz on a Wednesday I called the Doc and on that Friday they did a scan and it came back as 40% bone strength loss...not good when your life is to ride motorcycles.
This will be my late xmas present.
