For the last few months I've had the great pleasure of working across the street from Superplush Suspension. Not only is James an excellent suspension tuner he is a very cool guy. Give him a try. You'll be happy you did

I've often wondered where one goes to get suspension tuned. In my neck of the woods, we are lucky to find a basic shop, much less a suspension specialist.

James rocks. I'm currently wasting so much of his time via an email Q&A session that he should probably be billing me!

*hope he dosen't see this...

He has been more than helpful and patient with me. Plus, I like and get to enjoy the finished product.

Ditto..

James lowered my 2008 990 and worked his magic on the suspension. It's rare these days you find someone that is true to their word, does good work and easy to approach and work with. If I got another 990 or similar, my first stop would be SP. Really like how my bike is setup. And i'm spoiled since I live in the same city....

After years of bouncing from one flakey suspension "expert" to another, I ended up with Super Plush and. James about 4 years ago.

Since then, I've had James do 6 sets of suspension for me and I have yet to be disappointed.

Go ahead and try the rest...but once you come to your senses, you will end up with SPS.

+1 Great service. Shops like his makes me wish I still lived in the Bay. I guess I'm only a UPS shipment away from Superplush services, but I miss being able to stop down on a Saturday. Good stuff.

I just dropped off my bike at Superplush for a fork service. They are going to bump up my spring rate from .54 to .64 I believe. I'll do some SF street jumps on my way home tonight and let you know how the big girl feels. Amazing I suspect!

+1 Super Plush did an excellent job on 990 forks. The off-road handling improvement was remarkable. The turn around was very quick and prices are good too. They are my goto shop now.

Just got my shock back from superplush- revalved the forks myself (took a couple tries, but I'm loving it now), had James do the shock- big difference. I love how the bike handles now.
