Received this little thing on the mail today.

It fitted perfectly on the bike. Along came the seat!

A tank was not the only thing that came from Acerbis today. Shock protector!

She's all naked.. Time for some sticker tune up!

Toura-what?

Two very, very, good shops of both worlds!

With some proper clothing I can let her go out!

Isn't it just awesome now or what?!

Me, a satisfied (with the bike not the damn camera...) young man

The Continental sticker didn't like the ride.

The DR has come up a treat Martin... Toss a manual roadbook holder onto the bars cross brace and silicone a little magnifying glass over the tripmeter on the original instrumentation (make the digits larger/easier to read) and your ready to roll!

See you in Olofström on the 31st of March!

Tried a gravel road called "Orrekulla highway" today.. Was fun going faster on the narrow gravel road than the cars on the real highway!

Though, with current gearing the bike doesn't do much more than 120km/h.. I reckon it's possible to go much faster! :

Det är en 1992 ĺrs modell.
On my '09, the oil cooler is on the right side of the bike.

Was out riding yesterday, thought I felt a glitch in the steering and apparently I was correct. I shot this video before tightening, in other words I rode the bike like this!

Can't say I was easy on it yesterday, there where a lot of small jumps and stuff. Just glad I didn't screw up the bearings or that the fork decided to leave the bike

It's just over the year now since my swing looked liked this:

And I remember the hours to get it like that. Unfortunately the clear coat I had chosen for this project was bad. Really bad! This summer I noticed some rust beginning to take shape and I tried to stop it with a lot of care. But the rust had decided to win,

Now it looks like this:

And that's the good side..

So I have decided to not polish it again and redo the work one more time.. So it's off to the powder coater! A friend of mine will sand blast if first (along with the other things on top of the swing).

The result will be black

Hope to deliver a couple of pictures in a couple of weeks time, just before this years event of Vĺrrundan.

But before that, here's a couple of pics from this weekend:
