I will look forward to it. My wife will love it as well. Anytime she can get someone to talk beer and try her own brew makes for a good night.

Irish Death

Just had a few pints of this fine brew from Ellensburg. I like it and if the albertsons by my house haddock their IPA in stock! Its always sold out... when I catch the guy who buys them out I'm gonna ask him out for a drink, then steal his beer!

Albertsons has 10% off their 22 oz bottles when you buy 4 or more

Thanks . . . . .

Heya everyone !

Thanks Tork and other FF'rs for contributing here; It's nice to learn of the great deals out there.

Yes, great info. here on how to acquire great BEER at a resaonable price . . . . . . . .

Darkshadow, thanks anyway, but $9.00/ sixer . . . . . . Nope, not goin' there, may be a deal for some, but for a CA beer well - uhhhhm, they can keep it; besides plenty of beers brewed closer to home that will suffice. $8.00 well I'll think about it . . . . . still thinkin' . . . . . . . .
But if I'm up north of the city may stop in on McFinster for a draft pint of Firestone's IPA.

And all of you home brewers, too . . . . . . Thanks for posting, hmmmmm, I'm still very tempted . . . . . . !

Miguel Sanchez - Yes, agree, + TJoes also has a wonderful (winter) seasonal copy-cat Belgian knock-off that is worth looking into.

Nessman - Yepp . . . . . . The Georgetown growlers have been well worth the investment . . . . . . .

Besides Manny rides a BMW big, and may committed to this asylum, or may be lurking here . . . . . . Manny, you out there ? ? ?

Uhhhm, Ive got x4 Georgetown growlers as it's convenient - right on the way home, and excellent beer at the right price, any day of the week ! ! !

Yes, Ninkasa makes some badazz IPA and I've swilled a bottle or two . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Katego - Mmmmmmmmmmmmm . . . . . . . . . Old Rasputin Imperial Stout, if your clone turns out even close to the original recipe, wow that is some tasty stout - great winter beer !

Thanks again,

Robert

Robert

mmmmm is right. I was so sad to hear the keg blow out tonight, I wanted to bottle some for later. Will just have to make more.

So. If we were to have an ADV homebrew (B&B) campout it would be pretty cool to actually brew together. Then meetup later to sample the fermented product.... Anyone have recipe ideas? I've got one that I call the "easy blonde". Very drinkable, but not boring. The only tricky part would be cooling the wort.

In

A local store has a fantastic selection...

150 craft beers in one little corner...

This is one that I want to try with a great story behind it and a local connection...

I work in Smokey Point, so I am a big fan of Skookum Brewing too! Love everything Ron brews, but Jack Ass IPA and Amber's hot friend are a couple favorites. I live a couple blocks from Diamond Knot in Mukilteo, but they are a bit hopps happy. Here is a great site to locate micro breweries anywhere you go:

I have seen it at the 2 Albertsons on the way home. Renton and Redmond.
Also the 22 oz premium bottles are usually in the walk in cooler.

I think this could be a lot of fun! Kinda like a potluck, everyone could bring their favorite contribution for sampling...

The Deschutes Hop Henge Experimental IPA is pretty tasty this year!

+ 1 more . . . . . . . . I'm in, and tho I'm not (yet) a home brewer, I'd be willing to strap-on some sort of mini-keg onto the V-STROM from one of our local breweries . . . . . . .

I'm serious, but also just really wanted to use the term "strap-on" in my post ! ! !
