Just go to Amazon.com and type 'am-fm radio' in all departments search.
There will be plenty of choice.

Sangean makes a line of pocket radios, that seem to have some of the best receivers available. They have some memory presets, manual tuning, seek tuning, and a button lock feature. I have an older version of this one and it works well.

I just bought one of these for $12. I keep it on a strap around my leg above my left knee so it's easy to use while riding.

I use it with some JVC Marshmallow earbuds - about $8 shipped from China on Fleabay.

I have one of those too, not used much since I have an ipod now. It is a great radio for the price and battery life is very good too.

The good thing is, your damn motor can't read. If it says oil on the container, it's pretty much OK to dump in there.... ED.

Some MP3 players come with tuners -- I paid $15 each for a couple of 2GB Sansa Clips a while back, and they work great.

Indeed!

Even if you don't "want" to listen to mp3s at first, it can be a nice bonus feature you'll learn to like.

You don't have to pay 200$ for an Ipod to listen to mp3s.

Look at dealextreme.com for something like THIS.

The shipping is slow though, so don't order there if you're in a hurry.
