a big FAIL, looks like a striped down Hammer with some extra parts they had in the bin...sorry Victory, I loved my 09 Hammer S looks (road like shit very uncomfy) but I do love my 10 XC, amazing bike! This judge is sentenced to having many sitting in the crate year after year only to be dropped in the next few years after all the left over parts have been used to patch together this model

I've added this bike to http://cycle-ergo.com . Comparing it to the others, it's most similar to the High Ball or Vegas models, but with a forward lean.

Upon further reflection...
If you throw out all the muscle bike hyperbole, I can see this bike as Victory getting back to its "roots". (Is that possible in a company this young?) In early interviews the company kept expressing its belief that cruisers could also stop, go, function. With its mid controls, 16" wheels and larger gas tank this bike is a redo of the original V92s. They just had to do the whole Judge thing to distract people from the fact it's their version of a standard. The early bikes weren't particularly attractive either, but they were good "using" bikes that a rider appreciated the longer he or she owned them. I still regret trading in my '02 and that I was too late when I went to buy it back. OK, so maybe now I get it. Still ain't liking the fenders or side covers though. vicster screwed with this post 01-21-2012 at 07:02 AM |

I am told mid 80's (85-86ish) rwhp. (?) Not that it matters as these bikes are all about torque not hp. Like the other American cruisers (and any other bike) they can be uncorked and re-mapped for performance increases at a reasonable price.
Not sure why you would want to though. It is a cruisers and I am sure it has plenty of power for what it is. You were joking about the number plate thing right?

I believe this could be my next ride. I have a H-D softail which I enjoy but it just doesn't do anything for me. the mid-pegs, crazy torque and HP (for a cruiser), would probably make it a hoot to ride. Place a small shield on it to prevent wind from hitting your chest and the "wind sail complaint" voiced by many are gone. The sad thing is, you are probably right about it sitting in crates. The "cruiser community" has proven time-and-time again they do not like mid controls. H-D sales bikes with them and almost the first mod done is the "forward control upgrade." I can't tell you how many standard sportsters have this "upgrade" done to them by their owners. Oh, well, I might wait a couple years and get a good cheap one. |

I test road a few Victories last year. My hands were numb from the vibration after each test drive. I hope they fix this issue.

I've got 120K on five different Victory's and this has never been a problem nor something discussed at the various forums. The Judge? I like it and I like it a LOT!

I'm not really a Victory fan, but I kind of like the black version of this one. It would be on my list of prospects if I ever started looking for a cruiser other than my Guzzi.
