This is a "must stop" for the panorama view of the village of Frahan, Belgium that you can see here. The Semois River forms a bend there that wraps right around the village. This was one of the things that really stood out in my memory from that very first time I saw it.
Of course, the very first pic I ever took...was total crap....here it is....from way back in 1984.  I was going to try and remedy that a bit with some new photos, but still not sure I captured it the way I wanted...but I have to start off here with some of the really old pics...from postcards....then you will get to see my new ones...

and I took the now pictures first, then went looking for the then.....strange that the then photographers often chose the same angles I did. |
