I got it to work last night by changing some registry values as outlined in the bug fix.

First game in the E8 to get through my 2x and the machine is running at 4fps.

Arty was very difficult to play with the slow frame rate. It was better after volleyball though, I had a little aiming fluid in me.

I do like the mix of battles with encounter and assault/defend. Mixes up game play a bit.

Decided to try the AMX 13-75 again. Sold the T-20 to free up some room and credits. I haven't been playing it anyway since I stole the crew for the Patton.
I have to say, I like it now. Last time I played it it still had the tiny gun elevation.

The 12 and I just did not get along....I may try it again at some point. I also think I am one of the few that liked the amx40 (i think thats it...the one that looks like a bug or turtle...I am not good with the fake or not production tanks).

I will be up for some gaming tonight...being friday and I am a old fat guy now with no life....I play computer games now and the wife reads a book. Boy is a game nerd as well but he did not like WoT....too bad.

On a side note anyone play with these things....myself being an RC guy do have one. I would say that they are pretty cheap, and cheap enough for me to keep on the shelf and just play with once and a while. I can also say it will put a air soft pellet into cardboard at about 6 feet...not a hole but stuck.

They are kind of fun....just wanted to bring it up....I took the airbrush to mine and did a winter camo job on it....it actually looks pretty darn good

I'd say that if you don't have a premium tank, keep the Pzk IV. As an aside, the oh-so-tenuous climb up has allowed me to see a 58% overall win ratio (40% loss ratio)

just now with a KV-3 win. I'm sure I'll see 14 losses follow and be slammed back down to 57%

But maybe the KV-5 is treating me better than I thought it was.

How did you get to the Panther without researching the 8.8???? It's also used on the 3001(H), 3002DB and 3601(H)....

The 88 is slow reload time...it just kills me, I was thinking (again from history) that I was going to keep the panther and I would get the rammer on it to speeed up the reload times.

Wish I could do the 34-85....but eh...it will be on sale again.

I am still loving the churchill....I just love that rate of fire, and it is a pretty darn good gun.

The Pzk IV is a monster at range. If you can see them you can kill them you can't take tanks on up close very well but sit back and snipe, hell yeah. If there's a weak spot on a tank the size of a baseball you can pin point it. Its also accuraet on the move compared to other tanks. I might miss 1 out of every 15 shots and if I do its my own falt.

Hope they're fixing the stickers. Yeah, I'm petty, but it was 500 gold just for that, and poof, away they went.

LOL, you're right - I just checked, and it is already researched. I've never used it on the Panther, and forgot it was even available. For the weak armor the Panther has, I'll take the higher accuracy and way-higher pen of the 7.5 to snipe effectively.

That's a negative on the stickers. I haven't yet been able to find just what that patch was supposed to fix, but it didn't alter my game much. I think there was an issue wit AP rounds doing zero damage for 7.4, and maybe that's what they fixed?

A glance through the forums suggests it's an "affected user" issue. Lots of people are missing them, but enough aren't that it's clearly not universal at this point. There is a suggested fix, but it's reporte to be useless.
